COCK TAIL IDLY

I got this idea from watching Samyal Samyal by chef Venkatesh bhat.He prepared this cock tail idlies using curry leaves powder for green colored idlies,Idly podi for red colored idlies.
I used lemon juice for yellow colored idlies.There is nothing big deal in preparing this idlies.
Procedure
  • Prepare mini idlies.Allow it to cool down a bit.
  • In  a kadai heat oil add idly podi and toss the idlies.
  • Similarly heat oil and curry leaves powder and toss the idlies.
  • Again heat oil and add turmeric powder,lemon juice and toss the idlies.
  • Ready to serve
