SPICY IDLY

Left over idlies can be turned into spicy idly fry.


INGREDIENTS

Idly
4
Onion
1
Tomato
1
Pav bhaji masala powder
1 tsp
Lemon juice
½ tsp
Coriander leaves
To garnish
Curry leaves
Few
Jeera
½ tsp
Chopped ginger
½ tsp
Oil   
2 Tsp
Salt
To Taste
STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Chop onions,tomatoes.
Refrigerate the idlies for few mins and chop them into cubes.
In a pan heat oil/butter and temper with jeera.Then add Onions,curry leaves.
Now add tomatoes,Saute until the tomatoes turns soft.
Add Pav bhaji masala powder,salt.
Mix well until the masala blends well.
Now add the idlies.
Toss it well until the masala coats the idlies.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Squeeze lemon just before serving.
