In a bowl of hot water add a pinch of turmeric powder, salt.Immerse the cauliflower for 15 mins.Drain the water.Thaw the frozen peas for 10 mins.
Grate the cauliflower.
Pulse the frozen peas or you can smash the peas. You should coarsely grind it.Don't make it a paste.
In a pan heat oil and temper with jeera.
Add the grated cauliflower and saute it for 3 mins.
Then add the smashed peas.
Now add red chilly powder, cumin powder.

Add salt.
Mix well.
Stuffing and the dough is ready.
Roll the dough into small circle.Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center.
Gather all the edges and make it to a modak shape.
Pinch out the extra dough and flatten it.
Dust it with the flour and flatten it.
Without giving much pressure in the center roll it out into circle.
If needed dust it with flour and spread it out.
Heat the dosa pan and place the chapathi.
Flip it over and drizzle oil.
Cook it on both sides and remove from the stove.
Repeat the same procedure for rest of the dough.
Serve it with onion raita/pickle.
