AMLA RAITA/GOOSEBERRY RAITA

                                         Amla raita/Goose berry raita is a best coolant for our body in this summer.Goose berry is loaded with full of vitamin C.Whenever I see fresh Goose berry I will pick it up for making Amla rice/raita.But
I will always end up eating it fresh.I love the small size nellikkai when compared to the bigger ones.Don't forget to drink water after eating amla/gooseberry. The water will be so sweet.Do try it once.
INGREDIENTS
Goose berry (Big)
3
Curd
½ cup
Grated Coconut
½ Cup
Green chilly
3
Hing
A pinch
Mustard seeds,urad dhal
½ tsp
Oil   
1 Tsp
Salt
To Taste
Curry leaves
As needed
STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Wash the amla and cut into small pieces.Discard the seeds.
Grind amla,coconut,green chilly with little water.Beat the curd.
In a mixing bowl add the amla paste to the curd.Add salt.
Temper with mustard seeds,urad dhal,hing,curry leaves,
Mix well.

This can be served as a side dish.
