CAPSICUM RICE

       Capsicum rice is a one pot meal. The aroma & flavour of Capsicum will tempt you to eat more and more.

INGREDIENTS
GREEN CAPSICUM

COOKED RICE
2 Cups
SAMABAR POWDER
1 Tbsp
TURMERIC POWDER
¼ Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
1 Tbsp

To  Roast &Grind
GRATED COCONUT
¼ Cup
CHANNA DHAL
2 Tbsp
DRY RED CHILLY
2
CUMIN SEEDS
½ Tsp
OIL
1 Tsp

Spread the cooked rice in a plate. Allow it to cool.

Chop the Capsicum into fine pieces.Dry roast the items given under the table. Grind it to a fine powder.

In a kadai heat oil and fry the Capsicum. Fry till it turns crisp.

Now add Sambar powder,Turmeric powder,Salt.

Then add the grounded powder.Stir it for 2 mins. Mix it with rice.

Capsicum rice is ready to serve.
