VAZHAKKAI ROAST

A simple Vazhakkai roast perfect for variety rice.

INGREDIENTS

VAZHAKKAI
1
RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
TURMERIC POWDER
A Pinch
FENNEL SEEDS POWDER
½ Tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
¼ Tsp
MUSTARD SEEDS
¼ Tsp
URAD DHAL
¼ Tsp
OIL
1 Tbsp

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

In a kadai heat oil & temper with Mustard seeds,Urad dhal. Then add the sliced Vazhakkai.

Add Red chilly powder,Fennel seeds powder,Turmeric powder,Ginger garlic paste,Salt.

Mix well. Sprinkle little water to blend the masalas.

Roast the Vazhakkai in medium flame.
