SPECIAL VEGETABLE MASALA DOSAI

            Are you bored of having Potato masala as a stuffing for Dosai?. Try this Vegetable Masala Dosai.
You can use Carrot,Beans,Cabbage,Peas,Cauliflower which gives a rich masala taste.

INGREDIENTS

CARROT
1
BEANS
4 - 5
CABBBAGE
¼ Cup
CAULIFLOWER
5 Florets
ONION
1
BIRYANI MASALA / GARAM MASALA
1 Tsp
RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
TURMERIC  POWDER
A Pinch
MILK
¼ Cup
SALT
To Taste
OIL
2 Tsp

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Chop the vegetables into strips.

In a pan heat oil & add Carrot,Beans,Cabbage.

You can also add ¼ Tsp of sugar to keep the vegetables crisp & colourful.

Add Red chilly powder,Briyani Masala/Garam masala,Salt.

Now add the milk.

Stir well & keep covered for 3 mins.

Par boil the Cauliflower,Frozen Peas & add it

Mix well until the masala blends with vegetables.

When the oil sepeartes out switch off the flame.
