WHEAT DOSAI /GODHUMAI DOSAI

     We can call this as an " INSTANT DOSAI " because it does not require grinding,fermentation process. The tricky thing is spreading of dosa batter  &  we need patience for this dosai to get cooked up. 

INGREDIENTS

WHEAT FLOUR
1 Cup
RICE FLOUR
½ Cup
GINGER
1 Inch
GREEN CHILLY
1
ONION
1
MUSTARD  SEEDS
¼ Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
½ Tsp

In a kadai heat oil , add mustard seeds,chopped ginger,green chilly,finely chopped onions.Fry till it turns pink.

In a bowl add Wheat flour,rice flour & the tempered items along with water.

Add salt.The batter should be watery

Heat the dosa pan. Spread the batter from outside to inside. Drizzle oil.The dosai should be thin. You should not do like normal dosa batter. Another way is you can sprinkle like rava dosai.

Flip it to the other side.Cook until brown spots appear on the dosai.

Serve hot ,otherwise it won't taste good.

NOTES
  • You can do this dosai only with wheat flour also.
  • Small onions gives good taste
