PEAS MASALA

           Peas Masala goes well with Chappati/Roti. Try this easy & simple recipe. This Peas Masala has a creamy texture like the one served in restaurants.

INGREDIENTS

FROZEN PEAS
1 Cup
ONION
2
TOMATO
3
GARLIC
1 Inch Piece
GINGER

RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
CORIANDER POWDER
2 Tsp
CUMIN POWDER
¼ Tsp
FENUGREEK POWDER
¼ Tsp
SALT
To Taste

TEMPER
OIL
1Tbsp
CINNAMAON
1 Inch Piece
ELACHI
1
CLOVES
1

Saute onions.tomato,ginger,garlic till it turns mushy.

Transfer into a mixie jar.

Grind it to a smooth paste without adding water.

In a kadai heat oil & add the items listed in the "temper" table.

Add Red chilly powder,Coriander powder,Salt,Frozen peas.

Keep covered in order to avoid spluttering.

At last add Cumin powder,Fenugreek powder.
