AVAL TIKKI

When you have Aval/Poha & Bread in your hand, this starter can be prepared easily.


INGREDIENTS

AVAL/POHA
1 Cup
BREAD
3
RICE FLOUR
2 Tbsp
ONION
½ Cup
JEERA
¼ Tsp
RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
½ Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
To Toast

Soak Aval/Poha in water for 10 mins. Drain the water completely.

Take Rice flour,Salt,Ginger Garlic paste,Jeera in a bowl.

Dip the bread in water & squeeze out the water.

Chop the onions finely.

Mix the bread,chilli powder,oinon with the rice flour mixture.

Mix every thing to form a dough. You no need water since there will water in Poha & bread.

Make small patties of ur desired shape.

In a frying pan toast the tikki on both sides by sprinking oil.
