CC SALAD

Me & My hubby are not a big fans of salad. This is very simple one and it should be served immediately after preparation. Otherwise it won't taste good. But this salad is a healthy one.

INGREDIENTS


CARROT
1
CUCUMBER
1
MOONG DHAL
1 Tbsp
GREEN CHILLY
1
GRATED COCONUT
Little
SALT
To Taste
PEPPER POWDER
A Pinch
LEMON JUICE
Few Drops

PROCEDURE


  • Grate the carrot,cucumber,green chilly.
  • Boil water till the rolling point & add Moong dhal and switch off the flame.
  • After 15 mins drain water from the moong dhal.

    Mix carrot,cucumber,moong dhal.

    Add salt,pepper powder,grated coconut,green chilly.
                       Squeeze lemon juice before serving.
